East End Holiday Homes Tour

Welcome to the 34th Annual East End Historical District Holiday Homes Tour!

Friday, December 1st, 2023, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

You are invited to experience a wonderful evening of historic homes festively decorated for the holiday season! Tour the interior of 4 exquisite properties and also enjoy the exterior beauty and grandeur of many more homes throughout the 58 blocks of our East End Historical District, all while listening to a roaming variety of holiday music. 

The elegant homes of the East End Historical District are the products of skilled European immigrants during a time when Galveston was the wealthiest city in Texas. These homes were designed for prosperous merchants and entrepreneurs wanting to display their wealth and impress their neighbors in a variety of architectural styles. 

Holiday Homes Tour tickets are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, the tour may be cancelled all together, discontinued temporarily or for the remainder of the evening at the sole discretion of event staff. Smoking, interior photos, food, drink, strollers, wagons and pets are not permitted onsite at any of the homes on tour. Children in arms are free – Children on foot require their own tour ticket. Each home may ask tourgoers to remove or cover their shoes while inside the space. Some homes featured on the tour may not be handicap accessible.
